These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the Jotti website, TestFlight and early-access program, applications, and related services that link to these terms. Jotti is provided by Ecoslabs SRL.

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Jotti, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you use Jotti on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. TestFlight and early access

Jotti is free during the iPhone TestFlight. TestFlight and preview features may be incomplete, change, contain errors, or become temporarily unavailable. We invite testers gradually in small groups so that we can protect product quality and reliability.

Requesting TestFlight access does not guarantee a particular invitation date, device configuration, or feature release. It does make you eligible for the founding-member offer described below if you subscribe within the stated offer window.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into these terms and meet any minimum age required by law or the App Store. You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple account, and any credentials used with Jotti.

4. Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of your notes, recordings, photos, transcripts, categories, and other content created in Jotti. Your private Jotti content is stored in your iCloud account rather than on a Jotti-operated content server. We do not claim ownership of it or use it for advertising.

If you choose to send content to support, you give us permission to use that specific material only as needed to answer your request, investigate the issue, and protect the service.

5. Export and continued ownership

Canceling a subscription does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Your notes remain yours in your private iCloud account, subject to the availability of your Apple account and iCloud.

6. Permitted use

You may use Jotti for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

• use the services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
• record or upload content you do not have the right to use;
• interfere with security, availability, or normal operation;
• attempt unauthorized access, probe vulnerabilities, or introduce malware;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the services except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• use Jotti to build or train a competing product without our written permission.

7. Voice transcription and automated features

Jotti may create transcripts, organize entries, surface patterns, calculate measurements, or provide other automated outputs. Automated results may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information before relying on it.

Voice recognition may depend on Apple services, device capabilities, language support, and network availability. Jotti keeps the original audio so that a failed or imperfect transcript does not erase the recording.

8. Apple Health and future integrations

Jotti may introduce optional integrations such as Apple Health in the future. Any such connection requires the permissions shown by Apple, and you can choose which available information to share. A planned integration is not part of the current service until it appears in the released app.

9. Founding-member pricing

Eligible TestFlight and early-access members can subscribe at a founding price of $2.99 USD per month or $24.99 USD per year. The founding offer is available for 60 days after Jotti's paid public launch unless a longer period is shown in the app.

Your founding price remains in place for as long as that subscription stays active. If the subscription ends and is not recovered within any period supported by the App Store, a later subscription may use the current standard price.

10. Standard pricing and regional prices

After the founding offer, Jotti's standard US price is $4.99 USD per month or $39.99 USD per year. App Store prices may vary by country or region because of local pricing, currency, and taxes. The price shown by the App Store before purchase is the price that applies to your subscription.

11. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans automatically renew for the selected billing period unless you cancel through your App Store subscriptions. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Apple processes App Store payments, cancellations, and refund requests under its own rules. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Third-party services

Jotti relies on third-party services such as Apple for app distribution, subscriptions, iCloud, and speech recognition, and Mailchimp for TestFlight-access requests. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Not medical or professional advice

Jotti is a reflection, journaling, and personal-organization tool. It is not a medical device, emergency service, therapy service, or substitute for qualified professional advice. Do not use Jotti as the sole basis for significant health, legal, financial, employment, or safety decisions.

14. Our intellectual property

The Jotti name, branding, software, designs, and materials supplied by us are owned by Ecoslabs SRL or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

15. Availability and changes

We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or change features, subject to applicable law and commitments made for a paid service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may perform maintenance or restrict access where reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Jotti at any time. We may suspend or terminate service access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the services. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, early-access services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every planned feature will launch or that automated outputs will always be accurate. Statutory guarantees and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecoslabs SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of a free or early-access service. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. Romanian courts have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law allows or requires you to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern informally.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Jotti develops. We will post the revised version and update the date above. For material changes affecting an active paid service, we will provide any notice required by law.
